By creating an account or using any part of the Aurix Markets platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade digital assets in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all local laws that apply to you.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is $50. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before approval and may be delayed where additional verification is required.
5. Automated trading tools
Trading bots and automated strategies are provided as tools. Performance figures shown in the interface are illustrative and are not a promise of future results. You remain responsible for every position opened under your account.
6. Risk disclosure
Digital assets, forex, commodities and equities are volatile and can lose value rapidly. You may lose some or all of your capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for market manipulation, money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, nor attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
